The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc.'s work is only made possible through the work of the Agency's outstanding staff and volunteers -- now 100+ strong!
As an administrative organization, we serve our community through partnerships and contracts with home health agencies, MCO's, senior centers, transportation providers, meal providers, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, housing developers, consultants, specialty docs, elected officials, and other nonprofits.
The Area Agency on Aging is proud of each of its programs, services, partnerships and funding sources -- and the people who make it possible.
