Area Agency on Aging Phone Numbers
Join us for the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging’s Annual Meeting as we celebrate its 50th anniversary! This special event will honor five decades of service and recognize the major highlights of 2024.
The Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 11th, at 12 PM at the Mid Ohio Conference Center at 890 W 4th St, Mansfield, OH 44903. Lunch will be served at 11:30.
Seating is limited, and each attendee must register individually.
The deadline to RSVP for the Annual Meeting is November 26th.
The deadline for sponsorship is November 20th.
A portion of all proceeds will help fund the Area Agency on Aging Scholarship Program. Since 2005, over $113,000 has been awarded to students pursuing a higher level of education that will benefit the aging network and aging population. We are grateful for your continued support of the Scholarship Program through your sponsorship of the Annual Meeting.
