Older adults are at increased risk for loneliness and social isolation because they are more likely to face factors such as living alone, the loss of family or friends, chronic illness, and hearing loss.
Together, we will combat social isolation and its impact on our older adults.
This resource hub is where you will find all the information you need to help guide you through this grant period.

All participants must sign Photo Releases before their photos can be used on social media or shared with the Agency.
