Jason Painley

Mr. Jason Painley, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer for Mechanics Bank and lives with his family in Lexington. He has experience in finance, laws and regulation, governance, accounting, auditing, risk management, and internal controls. He serves on the United Way Board of Directors and Finance Committee as Treasurer; the Renaissance Board of Directors and Finance Committee; the Advisory Boards of the American Bankers Association; and Innovest Global, Inc. Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
