VP of Medicaid Services
Beth Fryman joined the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) in August 2002 and serves as a VP of Medicaid Services. Beth currently oversees the administration of PASSPORT and Assisted Living Waiver case management and support staff. Previously at the agency, Beth also managed Care Coordination, Richland County Levy Services, Service Coordination, Home Choice Pre-Transitions Care Management, and the implementation of a Care Transition Intervention pilot. Beth frequently serves in workgroups at the state level with other AAAs to develop best practices.
Prior to joining the Area Agency on Aging, Beth worked in a combined Children's Services/Adult Protective Services unit and Domestic Violence Shelters.
Beth received certification in Coleman Care Transitions Coaching and CARES Dementia. Beth cites her favorite leadership training as the Disney Business Approach to Business Excellence. Beth received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Ashland University.
In her personal time, Beth enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with her husband, three children, and pet dog.
