Walking Series to Promote Wellness and Mobility

Ontario OH – The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc. is pleased to announce the 2025 launch of the Mobility Steps series at The Ontario Center (former Richland Mall). Starting January 15^th, 2025, participants can join the Richland County Mobility Management Team in “Kicking off the New Year” with a gentle, self-paced walking program that is suitable for all fitness levels. It is more than just walking- it’s about creating an opportunity for people to socialize, connect, and learn more about Richland County Mobility Management and other Agency programs and services.  

Mobility Steps is an initiative designed to promote mobility, wellness, and social connectedness for everyone.  The series will take place on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Participation is free, and no registration is required. Check-in is located at the Center Mall.
