Connect 'n Go

Connect 'n Go serves:

Serving Seniors aged 60 and older
Richland County residents who have no other transportation options or cannot self-pay.
If you are a PASSPORT consumer, we encourage you to call your case manager. You may be eligible for two roundtrip grocery trips

*There may be limited funding for out-of-county transportation.

Transportation options to help you with trips to:

Medical appointments
Pharmacy for prescriptions
Grocery store
Wellness and social activities

How to schedule a ride with Connect 'n Go:

When requesting your first ride, you must call to enroll at least 48 hours (2 business days) prior to your appointment to allow time for intake processing.
